The story so far:

Jo quit law the same day she was was called to the bar in 2005, deciding to believe in the power of communication and connection before devolving into ''you're wrong I'm right''. And so she started telling stories, first as an actor playing characters ranging from politicians to sex workers, and then as a writer creating scripts focused on identity - whether of heritage, gender, sexuality, age, or purpose. She also shares the stories of clients she believes in, whether as a host for their programmes and events, or by crafting bespoke scripts and shows to spread their message all over the world.

Jo believes in the power of humour in everything she does - You have to laugh, otherwise you'll be crying all the time. Also, she went to clown school.
